Once passed to production and packaging. It is dispatched via Andreani. Andreani's tracking number will arrive in the mail with an attached label with the sender silvia longobardi.

The delay is between 5 to 8 business days from the purchase. If it is taking longer than expected, write to instagram for the status of the order.

Returns are not accepted except for obvious manufacturing faults. The sizes and shapes may vary since it is a handmade work and the pumpkin is a natural fruit.
